About the Role

Weโ€™re hiring a Growth Magicianโ€”someone who can turn curiosity into users, users into believers, and believers into advocates.

This role is for a hands-on growth marketer who loves experimentation, storytelling, funnels, and metrics. Youโ€™ll own growth end-to-end and help shape how Yukti reaches, converts, and retains users globally.


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in growth marketing, startup marketing, or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, Webflow, or similar
  • Ability to combine creative storytelling with data-driven execution
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, async environment
  • Strong communication and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience growing SaaS or AI products
  • Understanding of product-led growth and onboarding optimization
  • Copywriting skills (landing pages, emails, in-app messaging)
  • Experience with no-code tools, automation, or AI marketing workflows
  • Community-building or founder-led marketing experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Yuktiโ€™s growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
  • Design and run rapid growth experiments across SEO, content, social, email, communities, partnerships, and paid channels
  • Optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and activation funnels
  • Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and funnels to uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with product and design to drive product-led growth
  • Build and scale viral loops, referrals, and community-driven growth
  • Track and improve key metrics: signups, activation, retention, CAC, LTV
  • Turn insights into repeatable growth playbooks
